The week

What happens

  1. Session 1 — Students

    Interactive workshops, class by class, in normal lesson time. Not an assembly. Students discuss, vote, react and reflect on how their digital lives actually feel — sleep, focus, friendships, pressure. We collect what they say, anonymously.

  2. Session 2 — Staff · 75 minutes

    Research on how devices affect attention, sleep and the social climate of a classroom — plus what your own students said the day before. Practical strategies, not theory. And a clear line on what device policy can and cannot achieve.

  3. Session 3 — Parents · 90 minutes

    The research, the student voice, and practical tools. We cover the harder material honestly — grooming, sextortion, harmful content — and we always land on what to do next, together. Ends with the Family Digital Pact.

You provide: a room, a projector, and a timetable. We do the rest.
